Refund Policy

Effective date: April 12, 2026

This Refund Policy applies to all paid subscriptions purchased through Dedicto ("Service"), operated by a solo developer based in Turkey. Please read this policy carefully before subscribing.

1. No Refunds

All sales are final.

Dedicto does not offer refunds, credits, or exchanges for any subscription payments, whether partial or full, once a charge has been processed.

This applies to all subscription plans (Pro and Premium), including cases where:

  • You did not use the Service during the subscription period.
  • You cancel your subscription before the end of the billing period.
  • You downgrade from a paid plan to a free plan.
  • You are dissatisfied with the AI-generated analysis results.

2. Try Before You Subscribe

Dedicto offers a free plan with 1 lifetime analysis, which allows you to evaluate the Service before committing to a paid subscription. We encourage you to use the free tier to determine whether Dedicto meets your needs before upgrading.

3. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, your paid access will continue until the end of the current billing period. After the period ends, your account will revert to the free plan. No further charges will be made after cancellation.

Cancellation does not entitle you to a refund for any portion of the current billing period already charged.

4. Payment Processor

All payments are processed by Paddle, our merchant of record. Paddle handles all billing, invoicing, and payment processing on our behalf. If you have a billing dispute or a chargeback concern, you may contact Paddle directly. However, this does not override our no-refund policy.

5. Exceptions

We may, at our sole discretion, issue a refund in cases of:

  • A confirmed duplicate charge for the same billing period.
  • A technical error on our part that prevented access to the Service for a substantial portion of the billing period.
